This is a halfway decent picture of the famous Fort Worth Stockyards.  This building is rich in history, and currently houses several businesses, including a Rodeo (see next page).  Lee lives in Round Rock, TX which is historically the head of the famous Chisholm Trail.  It ends here every year with the Chisholm Trail Round-Up

Across the street from the Stockyards was the biggest single-themed mall we'd ever seen.  Lee here was overwhelmed.  It was nothing but Texas Novelty Goods.  You could get anything from jalepeno flavored jelly beans to scratch 'n sniff chicken fried steak smelling greeting cards.  If you're interested in a really good Texas Novelty Gift, we'd recommend Porkrind.com's very own Texas Pork Rinds!
